Lorraine Dufficey is a fully qualified fitness instructor and neuromuscular therapist and has been teaching the Pilates method for five years in West Cork Pilates improves your posture, flexibility and boosts your energy levels, leaving your mind and body in balance. She teaches group and individual matwork and reformer Pilates on a one-to-one basis.
