The six week course, Cork Beats Stress, comes to Clonakilty Gaa Sports Complex on Thursday 2nd March.

The course is run entirely by the HSE.

The GAA’s role is to assist with promotion of the course and to this end the Carbery GAA Board and Castlehaven GAA Club are both assisting with the promotion along with Clonakilty Gaa Club who will also provide their facilities.

This course is open to everyone aged 18 and over throughout West Cork and is completely free with a weekly booklet and CD also provided.
