As part of our ongoing efforts to meet the  climate / environmental challenges and to make our grounds more amenable to biodiversity, Clonakilty Gaa has decided to plant approximately one acre of native Irish hardwood trees within it’s environs.

This initiative is taking place in conjunction with Clonakilty Tidy Towns, the Irish Tree Council and the Environmental Protection Agency.

We hope to be in a position to plant the trees in late Autumn and all families in the locality will be invited to participate in the planting.
